As the lockdown continues through February, we’re doing everything we can to keep you motivated and to keep you moving.


Lockdown part III:
the revenge of the Lockdown

The word is out, and the lockdown is going to continue for another month. Of course this is not what we like to see, but it is kind of what we expected. We don’t like it either, but we’ll just have to deal with it while it lasts. However, that doesn’t stop us from giving you the best possible training experience we can, at this moment.

As of this week, we’ve made some slight adjustments to make it just a little bit more attractive for you to come and train in the outside open gym.

Effective immediately:

  • We’re posting a WOD you can do in the open gym, every day. You just have to show up, get the gear out and start moving. We’re posting video’s on how to perform the movements in the app. Having trouble finding the right workout? Check out the video here.

Effective from next week (week 6):

  • Increased coaches presence. This means that in the evenings and peak hours, there is going to be a coach outside to answer your questions and give you individual cues.

The goal here is to make the open gym sessions more accessible and attractive for you. We know it’s hard to show up when it’s cold, windy and raining. But there are people who do keep showing up and they are no different from you.

Keeping moving, stay fit and we’ll get through this lockdown together.
