Lockdown II:
the extended edition

The bad news is, the lockdown is getting extended by another 3 weeks. That unfortunately means we can’t train inside for another 3 weeks as well. If we ask members what they miss the most, besides the community and the heating, it’s the barbell.

That’s right. The barbells are back in business. You can take the barbell out, and perform your favorite exercises outside. You can take a powerlifting barbell and use them for your presses, squats and deadlifts. These type of barbells are less suited for your OLY style movements, so we strongly recommend you stick to the movements mentioned above.

Just to make this clear: 

You can only take the barbells out that are located near the outside open gym area. We’ve marked them with a red tape for your convenience. 

And of course, please keep all the gear, including the bar and plates on the rubber tiles as much as possible. And no dropping the bar please!

You have another tool for your arsenal to get you through yet another 3 weeks of lockdown. Make it count!

We understand staying motivated is tough, but please keep moving. We have plenty of space, gear and motivational workouts that you can use at home or outside in front of the gym.

We don’t weaken Ninja’s, we get through this.
