Sports has always been the biggest part of my life. I started doing gymnastics when I was 7 years old and I still can’t get enough of it. It had me competing all over the world and led me to great places with even greater people.
I always knew that when I finished my professional gymnastics career, I wanted to teach people everything I’ve learned over the past 20 years. I also want to give back to the sports that gave me so much in my career. I was always looking for something that would make me a better gymnast without doing gymnastics. That’s how I found different forms of weight training. Right when I started throwing weight around, my gymnastics level skyrocketed. Then I knew the importance of strength training.
I super excited to become a member of the Ninja team. And I can’t wait to see all of you learn a handstand!
