Wait for it

To be honest with you, we don’t know if we can open after the 11th of May. We sincerely hope so, but we can’t say anything with certainty. However, you won’t find us unprepared. We’ll keep an eye on the news and in the mean time get the gym back to full operational capacity.

As with the last lockdown, we’re really looking forward to welcome you through our doors again. If the 11th of May is going to be that day? Well, we’ll just have to see.

 Coach!

With great joy we can announce that coach Ahmad is staying on the team. As with many things in our lives, our plans sometimes turn out differently than we imagined. Happy to keep you on the team, coach!

Bring back the friends!

Regardless of if we open our doors this month, we want you to bring your friends to CrossFit Ninja’s. The 25th of May we’ll throw another bring a friend. Whether that’s outside or inside. It’s going down at 2015h. Feeling enthousiastic? Mail your name and the name of your friend to info@crossfitninjas.nl, and we’ll hook you up with a spot.


Dan & Rich Challenge

We know you love challenges. We do so too! We’ve got a nice old school challenge for you. Actually, this one is 9 years old already, but it doesn’t lose it’s charm. This is the Dan & Rich challenge:

Find a buddy, then alternate each team member

10-8-6-4-2

Overhead squats
Bar facing burpees

RX weight is 70/50
Scaled weight is 40/25

We’ll use the big whiteboard in the mobility area as a leaderboard. You have the full month of May to have as many attempts as you like. Make sure you film your workout for judging purposes. Ask the coach for further workout description. Fastest time per division wins a bottle of champaign!
