4th of May we are organizing a weightlifting lift-off and the event will run from 09:00 to 12:00.

It’s important to note that this lift-off is open to everyone, regardless of whether you’re new to CrossFit. However, for those seeking an extra confidence boost for these lifts, I recommend joining the OLY classes.

Here’s how it will work:

You sign up via the app for either Group A or Group B. The only difference between these groups is their starting times. If you scroll below you will find the timetable of the heats. You will be lifting with 3 people on 1 barbell and you will have 20 minutes to work towards your heaviest lift.

Please note, there will be no regular classes on this day, and the open gym will only be accessible from 11:00 to 13:00. We’ll finish off the day with some drinks and food from 12:30-15:00.

We’ll send out final timing details via the app closer to the date. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to ask one of your coaches.
