What is CrossFit?

BASIC MOVEMENTS

It’s important to learn proper movement and master the various basic movements. During the CrossFit introductory course, you’ll learn the 9 basic movements of CrossFit and receive explanations about common exercises and techniques. The main basic movements of CrossFit are:

  • Squats: air squat, front squat, and overhead squat
  • Presses: shoulder press, push press, and push jerk
  • Lifts: deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean
